Helen Huang

Helen Huang
Helen Huang is an illustrator born and raised in China and currently living in Los Angeles. She has a passion for illustration and is currently working as a full-time designer for an interactive ad agency.
Here is a piece of work created by Helen Huang. This piece of work looks like most parts were created with the shape tool such as all those coloured circles sybolising her hair and possibly the brush tool for the outlines. I feel that the dark red shows leadership and courage which links with the womens eyes being closed. I feel that the red background colour looks subtle which i feel really goes with the calm looking design of the womans face. The coloured circles help make this piece stand out and also makes it look unique and alluring.
The coloured circles could be used somewhere in my poster design to give it a unique twist while it standing out and catching the eyes of the people that see it.

Here is a second piece of work created by Helen Huang. This piece of work looks like its been sketched and then applyed to a software and then edited with the drawing tool. This piece uses great colour that looks relaxing but stands out with great creativity that flows gently accross the page which i feel makes this a successful and attractive piece. The hair going in different directions and covering most of the page with its smooth, bright colours really gives this piece a sunny summer feel while drawing in your eyes.

I could create a flowing colourful design that covers most of my poster design to make it automatically pop out at my audience and draw them in immedietly.
